Position Description:
Clean and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby, hallways, public restrooms, and public areas of the hotel, surrounding areas of the hotel. Delivery all clean linen to linen closets on each floor as well as ensure all linen closets are properly stocked. Take away any soiled linen and trash from each room attendant cart throughout the day. Deep cleaning of assigned areas of the hotel including the shampooing of rooms and public areas, window washing, hotel light fixtures, and guest elevators (including elevator tracks). Clean and maintain the back of the house area, including the employee break room, the hotel laundry room, the compactor area, and the employee restroom. Greet each guest. Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly matter. Return lost items to the Housekeeping department as a "lost and found" item with the date, where it was found, description of the item, and finder’s name.
Requirements: The participant must be hardworking, friendly and honest.
Hourly rate: $10.19/hour
Pay Date: 40 hours/week, overtime sometimes. Needs to be available 7 days a week, but will have 2 days off.
Housing: 1st week only. Hotel room can be provided at a discounted rate.
Housing Cost: Discounted rate, Housing during first week only.
